As an adventure seeking, adrenaline junky, Sonja’s unquenchable curiosity for life has found her scaling cliffs in the cloud jungles of Ecuador or climbing volcanoes in the Andes to several weeks away from civilization by foot or vehicle at the base of Mount Everest. From Superbikes to Seadoos, Sonja’s true addiction is the adrenaline rush from 0 to 60. Horse falls, motorcycle crashes, being struck down by a pick-up truck, or three near-death experiences involving water, have not waivered Sonja’s thirst for life and everything sweet and bittersweet within it.
The 20 years of martial arts studies and teaching have contributed a great deal to the depth of Sonja’s understanding of quantum physics, the unseen energy around us and within us.
Her true passions are the people she met along the way, from every walk of life and from each of the 22 countries she has visited.
